&lt;p&gt;UNBROKEN means that if you do 19 or less push-ups OR need to rest in-between a set, your done.&lt;/p&gt;

On August 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt;I got an inguinal hernia, thus causing me to have to lift baby weights for SIX WEEKS until they had an available surgery date. After the surgery I had to go another three ish weeks before I was given the Dr’s permission to work out again. Now I am back in the GYM, but lifting light for the next few weeks. Shooting to start up my regular training routine again on Sept, 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt;, 2012… Went in today and got my body measurements and composition measured.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
