A list of the workouts i personally do each day to train myself for Adventure races like Tough Mudder, Terrain Mud Run and Spartan race
20 push-ups
10 dips

Do as many repetitive UNBROKEN sets as you can with no longer then a two minute rest in-between.

UNBROKEN means that if you do 19 or less push-ups OR need to rest in-between a set, your done.

Did 13 sets of 20/10 today.

4 races, 5 headbands.

Did the Patterson tough mudder. It was alright. A lot of repeating huge hills. Obatacles were easier the tahoe. Terrain was challenging. Tahoe TM is and always will be the top dog.

Been a while since I posted. Ran tough mudder Tahoe TWICE in a row. 22 miles and 44+ obstacals. It was enjoyable the first time through. The second time was pure pain. But, I am glad I did it. Good training for WTM in November. Still having slight knee pain from it though. Pushed my body to hard I guess. But pain is just weakness leaving the body ;)

3 DL (315/205)
Run 100m
10 Pistols
Run 100m
Rest as needed then:
3x5 MU (SUB 3x S2B Pullups)

Can’t wait till the rainy season comes. Training in all these layers and gear with the addition of hot days  isn’t fun!
